Biggest Real Estate Projects Coming to NYC

By March 18, 2016Uncategorized

Real estate is booming in New York City, and it’s only just begun! 2016 will be an exciting year for developers as they continue to create new structures throughout Manhattan. Here are a few of the biggest real estate projects coming to the city:

1185 Broadway

Walk to the corner of Broadway and West 28th Street – you will see the lot where Hotelier Paul Kanavos is planning a 146-key hotel in Nomad. Plans reveal that the structure will stand 40 stories high and will take up roughly over 164,000 square feet of space.

305 West 128th Street

Back in January, The Fane Organization finally received a permit to move forward with their residential plans. There will be two buildings, attached by a common cellar and will consist of 57 apartments. The cellar plans to include laundry rooms, a lounge, bike storage, and a fitness center.

540 West 25th Street

Head down to Chelsea between 10th and 11th avenues and watch as this building comes to life. Weinberg Properties recently filed a permit application to develop an eight-story structure. This structure will feature a blend of offices, galleries, and event spaces.
